Following documents must be submitted along with the Fee Voucher at Academy’s Main Campus:
1. Copy of ACCA Registration Card
2. Copy ofAcademy’s ID Card
3. Copy of CNIC / Passport
4. 01 passport size Photograph (if ACCA Registration Card not received)
5. Bank Voucher of Required Fee
