 Criteria
Must have Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline (Pre-requisite)

Must have at least 10 years teaching exposure at degree or professional levels in the relevant discipline, at any University, College, Accredited by Higher Education Commission (HEC), or at professional institutes like Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF), Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP), Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), National Institute of Management (NIM), or any other recognized Institutes, coupled with professional education like ACA, ACMA, IIA, CISA, FCIS, DIBP, ACCA, and other stream of professions.

 Obligations on the Part of Faculty Members

It is an obligation on the part of all learned Faculty Members to meet the following formalities without fail, as the authorities concerned have emphasized strictly and sincerely to this effect, as well:

 

Mock Examinations

·         It is imperative to conduct at least two mock exams – one in the mid and other at the end of the course.

·         Three marked answer copies as samples, from each section, shall be submitted to the education department’s official, for necessary action on its part, in each session.

 

Students’ Attendance

·         Although the attendance of the students is carried out by Biomatric System, yet manual attendance on random basis on the attendance sheets, provided by the concerned department, is also desirable.

 

Session Report

·         All Faculty Members are liable to submit an overview of the session on the enclosed Form-16, to the department concerned, for its record and necessary action.

 

Students’ Feedback

·         Ascertaining the students’ feedback is also considered to be an obligatory aspect on the part of the concerned authorities. Faculty Members are advised to please inform Education Department, at least a week before concluding the session, for providing feedback forms to them, for each section, for distribution and to be filled in the same by the students, with regard to courses taught and other matters during the session.

 Teaching Methodology
Latest instruments are in use at all levels of teachings in CA, ACCA, CAT & CIMA classes to supplement the studies of Students and to facilitate the Faculty Members for effective teaching.

·         Video Movies, relating to presentation skills, and case studies are included in the over all program, to enrich the knowledge and skills of the students of all disciplines

·         Study packs of various professional bodies are also referred to both students and teachers for latest and concise text materials

·         Use of Laptop is also going on during teaching by both, Teachers and Students, most frequently

·         Exchange of literature, teaching resource and updating developments in Accounting and IT fields in collaboration with foreign bodies, is also carried out on the part of the Academy, to keep the Teachers abreast of the developments within the purview of Professional Teaching & Training, Globally

·         Research & Publication department also facilitates not only to the Students but also to the Faculty Members, by providing analysis, guidance material, question answer banks, sample tests, articles of profession interest to Students and Teachers

·         In house development of Teaching Guides for various programs and publications are also pursued effectively
