Revised Refund Policy for CAT & ACCA |

75% of the tuition fee shall be refundable within one month from the commencement
of session. Incase of Admission on Result Awaited basis, 75% of the tuition fee
shall be refundable and/or transferable, upon announcement of Result.
Note:
Once fee is refunded to the student, his/her name shall be struck-off
from the Registered Students and become ineligible for readmission at any campus
of
 Academy

Registration Form & Fees
Follow the instructions step by step while completing your UK Registration Form:

Fill in the form completely with a Pencil
(in Block Capitals)
·
Attach a Recent Passport size Photograph.
·
Documents required:
o
2 powder copies of Birth Certificate (in English) or translation of
CNIC or Form-B.
o
2 powder copies of Educational Certificates, ACCA only.
o
Bank draft of the required fee (original)
o
Bank voucher of Rs. 500/- (blue copy-original)
(to be submitted to Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd. Bahadurabad Branch only)
o
Two copies of filled in forms.
o
Two copies of CNIC / Passport / Form-B along with father’s CNIC (with
form-B only).
o
Required fee converted in rupees.

Service charges Rs. 500/- (must be paid on separate bank voucher provided)

Form will be completed in Black Ink after it has been checked by one of the members
of
’s Staff.

Procedure to submit Examination & Annual
Subscription Fees
Please follow the following step-by-step instructions while completing your Form.

Fill in the Form, completely, with a Pencil (in Block Letters).

For Bank Draft: (to be submitted in Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd, Bahadurabad Branch,
only).
o
Two copies of filled in Form.
o
Two copies of NIC / Passport / Form-B along with Father’s NIC (with
Form-B only).
o
Required fee converted into rupees.

Service charges Rs. 500 (must be paid on separate bank voucher provided).

Form will be completed in Black Ink after it has been checked by one of the Members
of
Academy.

Conversion rate
for GBP should be obtained from the bank.

applies to those who receive their Invoice from ACCA (in original). Others should
