Terms & Conditions for Admission in the College for First Year

  1. Registration for admission in 1st Year will be considered on the basis of marks obtained in 9th Class Examination of the Board.
  2. Admission Fee Rs. 30,000/- (non-refundable) will be paid at the time of Registration.
  3. The Candidate should pass SSC-II Exams with at least 60% marks to be considered for admission.
  4. The admissions of the students having less than 60% marks in SSC-I, will be decided after their interview with the Principal of the College.
  5. Duration of College Session will be from August to July, Fees for 12 months of Academic Year will be charged as per Rules.
  6. Monthly Tests are conducted and result cards issued to the parents for their perusal. The result cards are to be returned within two days after signature of the parents. The parents are required to contact the Principal with regard to performance of their ward. Similarly, the parents will be sent result of the Mid-Term and Send-up Exams. In case of poor performance of their ward, they should see the Principal.
  7. If the student does not clear the send up test, one more chance of Re-Test will be given with a Re-Test fee of Rs. 1,000/-. In case, He/She fails in both tests admission to Second Year will not be allowed.
  8. Student, who comes late, is not allowed to sit in the class.
  9. College Uniform is compulsory for all the students, without Uniform, entry will not be allowed.
  10. For Boys (White Shirt with Half Sleeves, Blue Pant, Black College Shoes)
    For Girls (Gray Kamiz – Length upto knees, White Shalwar with Dupatta, Black College Shoes)
    as per specimen approved, given to the dealer.
    No student is allowed to use Mobile Phone in the College premises during College timings.
  11. Without application from the parents, no student shall avail leave, otherwise will marked absent and a fine of Rs. 200/- per-day will be charged.
  12. The student found indulging in un-healthy activities, will be debarred from College without notice.
  13. Fee for the month of May, June & July will be paid alongwith the Fees for the month of November, December & January, respectively.
  14. No student will be allowed to appear in the HSC Exams unless he/she passes Send-up / Mid-Term Exam & Clear College Dues.
